He could get up to 20 years. Since the judge didn’t allow him to be released on bail, that goes not bode well for him. The prosecution is asking for 11 years and 3 months. The defense wants 14 months to include time served. IP: Logged |

He received 4 years and 2 months. They subtract the time he has already spent incarcerated. That leaves him around 3 years. There is also some talk about him possibly qualifying for an 18 month reduction for going into a drug program. The Probation Dept. recommended 7 years, and judges tend to follow that advice. He should consider himself very lucky.IP: Logged |

Thanks. Yes he was very lucky with that but his reputation and all that is completely ruined and he will never be looked at with the same respect again, and seeing how he is i know his Ego gonna take that very hard and that is what he is gonna live with for the rest of his life. IP: Logged |

I agree. The jury was fair with him—even though they saw him beating his girlfriend outside the hotel room. The Feds charging him like sone mins of mob boss was ridiculous. He also isn’t a sex trafficker. If he hadn’t crossed state lines, he would have gotten completely off. He needed this so that he can have an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. Let’s hope he takes it and becomes a better person.IP: Logged |

His defense team is filing for an appeal. The judge’s comments showed that he was acting as a juror. I don’t see grounds for an appeal.IP: Logged |
