No. They have federal immunity in the conduct of performing their duties. In fact, several laws are violated if this gummy governor tries. This applies not only to Pritzker but to any state or local official. Anyone operating n an official capacity who conspires to engage in an activity that unlawfully impedes federal law enforcement conducting their duties. If you engage in a criminal conspiracy to obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws or to unlawfully order your own police officers or your own officials to try to interfere with ICE officers or to arrest them, you are engaging in criminal activity. Different crimes would apply: Obstruction of Justice, Harboring Illegal Aliens, Impeding the Enforcement of Immigration Laws, and Seditious Conspiracy. The Feds can throw conspiracy in as an additional charge on all of the aforementioned crimes. These are all felonies. I double fog dare him to try and arrest an ICE agent. FAFO!IP: Logged |

I don't think he can, but I wouldn't mind to see him try. I would love to see a legal showdown between him and the administration on this, because i am pretty sure he would lose. IP: Logged |

Is that what the bald jew Stephen Miller told you on fox news? ICE has qualified immunity --- The governor or people cannot prevent them from carrying out their duties. ICE is already been sued in some cases where they have wronged. So millions of tax payers money is lost there too due to ICE poor demeanors.

Bruh, have you gone to law school? Stay in your lane. People filing lawsuits doesn't mean that they will win. Do you know what the Supremacy Clause means? Ask your AI about it. IP: Logged |
