The Republican candidate for Governor was down by double digits, then down by 9, snd now only down by 1! Why? Because power is unaffordable and gas is $5 a gallon! Some Dems are voting Republican! His platform on day one is an EO to end sanctuary cities and state, to end the carbon tax and green policies, and to provide customer-centered service! Update: The latest poll shows him down again, but it was showing him down by 7 against Murphy 4 years ago, and he only lost by 2 points and sone change. She closed down 6 fossil fuel electrical grids and refused to continue developing nuclear. She bet everything on windmills. New Jersey was an exporter of electricity under Murphy. Now New Jersey imports electricity, and it is costing them dearly. IP: Logged |

Apparently, many people have been moving from New York to New Jersey for years now. Maybe they were the more conservative voters..A 2024 analysis reported that over 75,000 New Yorkers moved to New Jersey, marking a 12% increase from the previous year.. https://www.defalcorealty.com/blog/relocating-from-nyc-to-new-jersey-moving-guide/ Anyway, I would love to see NJ turn red. I still remember when they were a red state before 1992. IP: Logged |

I hope he wins. It is being viewed as a bellwether for the mid-terms. I’m shocked that Dems have flipped sides in this election. IP: Logged |
