After holding women, children, families, and essential workers hostage, they still received none of their demands. Eight heroic Dem Senators could no longer put up with this terroristic approach, grew a heart, and did the right thing. All of the other Dems just want people to starve.In case anyone was confused, it should be clear now that it was the Dems that were keeping the government closed and for purely political reasons. Judging from the in-fighting in the democrats camp now, it looks like those who were saying the dems were the ones who kept the shutdown going were right. The majority of the dems are furious with the small minority of dems that voted to end it. I mean, if you are so angry at the dems that voted to end it, you can't pretend the republicans are responsible for the shutdown. IP: Logged |
