In Ingraham's interview, President Trump said that instead of bailing out Obamacare with $35 billion dollars (that goes to the insurance companies), he would put it in an account that belongs to citizens, and then people will shop for and negotiate for their own insurance with that money.

I am not sure I understand what it means...

Anyway, I am waiting for the GOP or the administration to come up with a concrete, ironed out healthcare plan to replace the Obamacare ACA.
