Ugh. Sorry about that. Sometimes a copy and paste doesn't take, and the prior one remains. Basically, a judge ruled against the new redistricting in Texas to gain new House seats, and SCOTUS restored it. That judge said it was racist, which was the only reason that could have been used, but how could it be racist when all but one seat was Hispanic?
