His budget is $127 billion. It starts at 5 percent for the wealth tax. But here is the ultimate catch: If a wealth tax isn't approved by the state legislature, he says he will have to get it from the middle class by raising property taxes by 10 percent on 10 million homes. He also plans on raiding the "rainy day" emergency fund and retirement accounts. Now, where is that popcorn?

He knew the Governor would never approve his wealth tax. Raising property taxes was his plan all along.

I am not convinced he had that much forward thinking regarding the Governor's decision.

He has no valid experience in business and management. I think he was just someone with lofty socialistic ideas and delusions, and a will to say anything to get elected, and he is now facing reality.
