They are starting out with a 10-point plan demanding a toll for the Strait of Hormuz, that we completely leave the Middle East, total amnesty for all remaining leaders, reparations, unfreezing all assets, and announcing Iran's legal control of Hormuz. Iran just sent other missiles to Israel, which is common early in a ceasefire. Is Iran just using this to rearm? Does Iran feel defeated? After WWI, Germany didn't feel defeated and came back in 20 years. But after WWII, Germany felt defeated and was done with war and still are. Or will we just get the oil flowing again and then in two weeks finish bombing the remaining targets?

This is the same deal that has been on the table the whole time. What is different? Iran believes that Trump will end them. And they should believe it.
