For his seashells on the beach 8647 stunt. No one believes that he was actually going to commit an act of violence himself, but it’s more of inciting it. As far as the intent element of the crime goes, all the government has to prove is that Comey had the intent to make a threat—not whether he intended on carrying it out. He is a smart guy. He knew what 86 meant. It was after the second attempt. I think it is going to trial. The prior indictment was dismissed based on procedural grounds. This time, an arrest warrant was issued. I think it will difficult to play innocent about what 86 meant because he was the former FBI director, and 86 was a mob term.IP: Logged |
