It now goes to the House, where it will pass, and then it will go to President Trump’s desk. Dems refused to fund ICE. ICE is following the law. This is the law that Dems voted for and that Dems supported under Clinton and Obama. Clinton had agents kick down doors, and Obama was known as the deporter-in-chief. But instead of Dems funding ICE, so ICE can enforce the law, now Republicans have used Reconciliation, FULLY funding ICE through President Trump’s term. And you can bet that law probably has other stuff in it that the Dems probably won’t like.
