Sexual energy or desire is the lust for life in all forms and is the most powerful human emotion. Behind this alchemistic concept, Hill explains the incredible potential of redirecting the emotions and energy of sex to achieving great results in life. “When driven by this desire, men develop keenness of imagination, courage, will-power, persistence, and creative ability unknown to them at other times” says Hill. “The desire for sexual expression is congenital and natural. It should not be repressed but given an aperture to release other means of expression”

Be in control of your mind and achieve resounding success in your life. Anyone who takes action with total commitment to success can achieve greatness against all the odds. The desire for sexual expression must be tamed and channeled into action other than that of physical expression. The practice of Transmutation of sex energy calls for more creative imagination and will power than the average person cares to use for this purpose. He fasted as a way of protesting against the harsh rule of the British in India. It is said that during these long protest fasts, Gandhi would sleep (while remaining celibate) with two virgin girls either side of him. This helped to boost his energy levels and gave him the mental strength to persist. Gandhi would have taken that buzz of physical closeness and turned it into pure love, and used that energy to figure out his next move in his campaign to peacefully oust the British.
If you get yourself into that heightened state of emotional intensity you are going to be:
• More aware

• Feeling more alive
• Exuberant and expressive
• More energised and inspired

Also, that's wrong about if you are healthy you will have a strong sex drive. Some healthy, intelligent, creative people are asexual, and there's nothing wrong with their body or mind.

I think i posted this in relation to some other topics going on at the time.
