Please remove this thread if you don't want it here.
It is about using OBE's as a way to heal.
OBE's take you out of this dimension and give you a sense that life is much bigger than just what we experience ,here.So, as you do them, and particularly more and more, you get more centered in how to live in this dimension. You get a different perspective on all the issues we discuss here such as relationships, life and death etc. I was thinking that I would like to do a running thread on my attempts to have OBE's again : what it is doing for me :how to teach other people to do them : other people sharing what it is doing for them. Please remove this thread if it is not appropriate for this forum. I thought that it may be a "cross over" type of thread. ------------------

I guess I will assume it is OK unless I get further notice  I am gonna write about it cuz I am ready to have OBE's,again

I had one OBE. I was flying over a body of water with people doing all sorts of water sports like sailing, surfing etc.
The people were Oriental.
It was very crowded.
It was a lake or a beach.I was so peaceful. I had no ego. I kept thinking "I don't hurt anymore from my mother" lol
Thinking of HER even during an OBE  I was just flying and thinking how peaceful it was.
When I woke up, I was homesick for that "place"
I have heard people say that about NDE's.
They want to stay. ------------------

I've never thought of OBE consciously as a healing method. I guess I would have thought of it as escaping or running from the issue rather than facing it head on. Interesting. Will think about this.IP: Logged |

I,almost had an OBE last night.
An easy way to have one is to wake up in your dream.
That is called Lucid Dreaming.
One way to start waking up in your dreams is to ask yourself during the DAY, "Am I dreaming?"
Then, at night, you will ask yourself this while you ARE dreaming.
At that point,you say "I want to fly" and you will leave your body lol------------------

Albert Taylor, one of the experts in OBE's, cured himself of MS by the energy changes that resulted from OBE's. This makes sense to me cuz I studied Accupuncture. If you can balance the body's energies, diseases can heal. ------------------

If you can do OBE's on a consistent basis, I think you can heal all the issues you write about, Teasel.

Last night, I almost had an OBE. I was prolly 10 seconds from leaving my body and I got scared.
Man, I want to have them ,again.
Picture ,the most peaceful time you have had in life, at the beach, in a park, during a wonderful warm moment.
The OBE's are so much better, .
They fill you with so much joy.
Maybe, tonight, I won't chicken out

Hi, Ami.If I can open up MSN without my computer restarting again, I might do so in a while - if you're going to be up, and if I can't sleep (anxiety - I've been dealing with it all day.
