Lemon and paprika on mango is delicious..
Sprinkled sugar on a sliced tomato is also good.

I at times get involved watching movies. 
Like during V For Vendetta.....
Cried, laughed, cheered!
Jumped up and cussed and yelled at the characters and so forth.
I talk to them! LOL
Same for reading books!
I get excited or upset and throw the book(s)
sometimes!LOL!

After any intense psychic work I MUST have protein and sugars!
Honey and rare red meat.
Not much, just a bite.
Other things will work too.
But that is the easiest to have on hand.
And hemi protein is the best in most cases.

My birth family used to eat hot peppers like popcorn when I was little. A favorite of my mothers was the Habanero, she'd eat it with raw hungarian bacon. For myself I'll just eat the Habanero thank you lol

Up until a recent breakthrough of a past life issue......
could not stand to be wrapped or covered by sheets too close, or have my face or feet or hands covered when I sleep.
Like a bed made up with a top and bottom sheet "tucked in"....
terrors panic galore! 
Sleeping bags!
Mostly fabrics like linen or cotton.
"shudder"
Well hopefully I will be able to sleep in betwixt sheets without panicking at all someday.
Still working on it.
covered my feet last night a bit.I sleep on the floor at times.
Hate it when the door is closed wherever I am sleeping.
Unless a fan is going I feel trapped and smothering.
Windowless rooms freak me out.

I kinda like, once in awhile.....
the smell of hot asphalt or hot tar.I crack up in automated car washes!
The ones where you close the windows and sit inside as you coast through very slowly.
I watch the spray and colored soaps, love feeling the car shaking.....hee hee....it just cracks me up! 
LOL! So I'm easily entertained at times.
Gotta be the whole deluxe wash wax though.
The blow dryer is fun too!

Woman have it when they are pregnant ,often.Pica is a craving for unusual things.
My friend had the asphalt on the street thing you describe.
It is lack of certain nutrients

I sleep with stuffed animals.
I sometimes wear crowns and or torcs on my head.
Or wreathes of leaves or flowers.
And capes.
I like running naked through tall grass like 3 or more feet tall in the moonlight.
I take my swimming gear off at public beaches,
once I am far out in the water away from others.
I like lying naked at night, in a body of water, and sleeping there.
LOL!
I got a thing for being naked it seems!

OMG, i used to run around with capes as a kid all the time!!! i had this one that i wore so much that it got to the point where it was like an inch big, lolNOW i have a cape that looks EXACTLY like that one!! it makes me nostalgic... ------------------
