Definitely agree.

I always hate the bad rap that Aries tends to get in these types of threads. I'm a quad-Aries and have Uranus on my Descendant and I've never cheated and never would.

Having worked in the sex industry that is designed specifically for men who cheat, having many different lovers with different status's and having been on both sides of cheating....its a complex thing that cannot be explained by astrology at all.

For instance, its taken for granted that Taurus's generally aren't cheaters. Well, my Taurus ex was cheating on me and I know a Taurus sun with a Gemini Venus and a Pisces Mars who has been cheating on his wife their entire relationship.

I do agree, I mean you could probably figure out the WHYS but you can't really determine if they would or wouldn't based on their placements. Its another one of those things that's up to subjective experience.

I'm a sag sun taurus moon, venus in capricorn, mars and penelope conj descendant. I'm not cheating on anyone, but I'll leave y'all in a hearbeat! I really don't think the sun sign is as much an indicator short of say capricorn having a higher incidence of venus in aquarius and sagitarius, but I think you can tell with astrology. Lust conjunct ascendant? I think so..

It's definitely beyond astrology. I remember PeaceAngel posting something about Aries, and how they love within the past month or so, in Astro 2.0, and she basically described me.

I know a male Taurus who will omit truths/deceive, and another who is a wonderful husband and father.

(And in light of your thread elsewhere, that was closed: if I'm considered a flamer, for defending my friend in a respectful manner, then, no, we won't be friends.)

I'm with you. I'm a Sag Sun / Aries Moon / Venus in Sag and I don't cheat. I'm loyal even when the relationships in the past failed and I waited until I made it clear that it was over.

I've been cheated on, horribly, by a Taurus with a Virgo moon and they are supposed to be loyal / steadfast.

I believe that cheating goes beyong simple sun signs and depends more on the whole chart. My dad is a Cap Sun / Cancer Moon / Venus in Cap and he cheated throughout his marriage to my mom. I have also known many Taurus people (friends) that have cheated on their mates as well as Cancer people.

I think iQ even stated that you can pin down a Sociopath by their chart - so, really, there must be SOME WAY to pin a cheater down in their chart...

I know I've found a few indications for deception and lack of commitment more than a few times...

Exactly. I was horribly duped by someone with Venus in Cancer which is supposedly a very loyal placement and I know of quite a few Taureans and 1 cancerian who were less than loyal partners too.

I have alot of 'disloyal' placements in my chart and I am the complete opposite because I know the pain of deception. Maybe you can find it through astrology but I think its down to how people were raised, or their personal perception of what other people mean to them.
