Shame is YOU are bad/wrong.
Can anyone relate to shame being you ARE wrong?

well, i dont know if this is shame or guilt, but i often have people close to me make me feel as though i am wrong or i did wrong or that everything i do is wrong by giving me both subtle and obvious comments of negativity...i feel that i cant do anything right, that people have to act like a new yorker in order to do anything right..well you know what? i'm a southern bell with 4 earth planets, I MOVE SLOW, get used to it!

There is a HUGE difference between shame and guilt--as different as night and day.
I used to have guilt and not excessive shame.
When I became numb,I had excessive shame.
It has lasted until now when I am getting rid of it.
The antidote to excessive shame is realizing that you are JUST like anyone else : that the human condition is ugly,at it's core.

If YOU are ugly,it is cuz you are human.
You are not inherently worse than anyone else.

Astrologically, you must accept your Nessus.
Once,you do, beauty can arise from your soul.
Before that,your battle is with your own Nessus.

People can only hurt you with your OWN,unaccepted Nessus.
If you own it,no one has anything to wield.
You know yourself.
Your worst pain is someone showing you the unaccepted parts of yourself.
(This does not include pain of loss of loved ones)
