I don't think I can represent being a Mod in the right fashion, even though I am a Mod for my little fur babies buddies.

To me, I must fight for what is right and expose BS, like I always have... even at the expense of being an ahole.. but that is what makes me lovable and hated at the same time.

Sooo... I am cool if you take it away because of what I have said tonight / this morning. I meant what I said and sadly, I am not even done yet

I must also admit.. I am still very much on edge and have not slept in 24 hours. The shooting today has really affected me.

Okay.. please don't think I am weird.. People that have known me know that I dream things (Ra and others have talked about my dream premonitions). What happened today.. well, I knew about it somewhat and told Bear. Just like when the Soldiers are killed from the Brigade I used to work with.. I see it, in my dreams I am there and then 1-2 days later, I get the e-mail or the call.

It would be better for you if you just stayed away from me. I once asked you about a psych issue and you acted like an ahole so that told me that you cannot have a decent conversation with. Why would I expect that you could actually do it now?

What I, and I believe others, have been telling you for awhile Ami is that it is fine to have your cathartic threads, I think that is awesome and it does benefit many people.. BUT.. when it comes to a real one on one conversation, you have issues.

I am not sure if you are just totally distrustful because of your past but you have to learn to, at least, try to get to know others without thinking they NEED something from you.

I don't know that you and I will ever be friends. I will bet dollars to donuts we will not because we are a bit the same (you need some balls and I may need to be more sensitive) but we are also vastly different.. You are a Gemini and I am a Sag.

I know you are going through a lot, but please do not think you are the only one. You have no idea what people are going through here and just because they may talk about it on one of your threads doesn't mean you get credit for putting it out there. Sometimes it just takes a nudge for others to initiate the push.

For me... My heart is still in Germany with the BN I worked with and is now in Afghanistan. We have lost 12 Soldiers in 4 months. That is TWELVE Soldiers, plus at least 30 Family members affected by the loss of the Soldiers.

No matter what people have been through (and I will never take way from those that have lost loved ones or are lost in their own lives)- when you attend MEMORIALS for our Soldiers killed downrange and you see the wives / children that will never have their daddy (or mommy) again..sometime inside you dies. It makes everything non sequitor because how can one be selfish when one has seen the coffin of a loved one?

I am lucky. Bear made it through the 2 deployments we had together and the 2 before I met him (Kosovo).
