I'm happy everyday, which is a long way from where I was some time ago.
I'm trying to become happy most of the time, I think it'd be fairly easy to do, just a matter of remaining in a state of constant appreciation.

Yes.
I am happy because I choose to focus on the happy parts. There is a pretty good balance of good and bad in everything, but I really think you can choose what to see through your own filter.
I am definitely a cheerleader type of person but I know the weight of the other side of it too, which I think makes the happy happier. It's worth more
