I have been forced to find ways to heal trauma.
You can't live with it very well. It does you in somehow,mentally ,physically or spiritually.
It does something to your energy so that you are impotent.
You can leave it and most people do but your life is severely diminished.------------------

I have Saturn Retro conjunct my Scorpio ASC.
Saturn Retro conj the ASC makes you struggle for every ounce of self esteem you get, it seems------------------

I have read all of Alice Miller's books. She is the foremost authority on child abuse.
She talks about how to heal it.
You must have an Enlightened Witness, someone to sit by you while you go through the trauma,someone just to be there.
The person should not say anything other than to just be a presence ,a comfort, a support------------------

I have my buddy,My Enlightened Witness. It is very strange how Alice Miller is right.
Right brain trauma theory is right,too.
You can talk for a million years and you will never heal.
You must emote i.e.cry.
When you cry, the trauma which is stored as ENERGY,not words ,comes out.
There is a pain tank.When it gets too full,you get mental.
How's that for a complicated psychiatric theory  ------------------

So for mental people out there of which I am one lol
One must cry in order to get sane. You can talk until your head falls off and it may just do that
You must cry and when you do, you will shed layers of pain and delusion as a snake sheds skin.
The down side is that it will hurt. The up side is that you hurt anyway==so what is there to lose  ------------------

I agree. And thanks so much for keeping this topic going. I need it. I mean, it gives me hope. I know the book by Stone isn't a magic wand and that there will be hard work and hard decisions to be made, I am still looking forward to the book arriving. I may sleep with it under my pillow or carry it with me wherever i go.  IP: Logged |

The book IS a magic wand.God provided crying so we COULD heal and completely.
That is my experience. I am doing it. It is slow cuz we could go crazy if we became normal overnight
