mines drinking...and i dont mean alcohol, but soda, and if i dont have soda, then it would be milk, and if i dont have soda or milk then i'll drink water...and if theres nothing to drink then i'll find a snack and if theres no snacks and nothing to drink then i'll just feel absolutely depressed (and thirsty)

in fact, i'v already had 3 yoohoos since i got back from the store half an hour ago...drinking my 4th now

chocolate...

when i lived in the US i ate the whole bag of (the biggest bag) Hershey's kisses in 2 days.

now i toned down and prefer to eat dark chocolate here and there, but if i could, i'd be eating at least 3 bars/day.

Nicki, I'm curious, do you know if your mom took you off the bottle before you were ready?

PS. That's ALOT of yoohoo's! I don't mean to lecture, but please be careful with this b/c you may cause yourself health problems later on when your older.!

Hydration for me as well. That's something I can't get enough of, not sure if its an oral fixation though.

My daughter is this way,
I took her off too early b/c I caved into pressure from our parents, and she was my first kid.
After I took the bottle away, she sucked her thumb until she was about 4 and a half.
Only reason she stopped was b/c she started preschool, and she was afraid the kids would laugh at her.
It made her teeth buck out, but luckily those were just the baby teeth and her adult ones were fine.

I just asked b/c she has an oral fixation too.
She got her tongue pierced and she drives me nuts with that stupid tongue ring, making all kinds of noise, lol
and if it's not that it's some kind of gum, sucker, candy, whatever.

Just saying though, that always being thirsty is an early sign of being diabetic for some people, so, keep an eye out.

gypsee, i dont drink cuz i'm always thirsty..some times its the reason (naturally) but, i just gotta do something..put something in my mouth and the best thing i guess is something to drink...and if your worried about the fact that yoohoos are chocolate, the last time i had any cavities was when i was a young kid...the cavities were filled and i never had another since even though my eating chocolate hasnt slowed....my weight has even stayed the same

i am at risk of having pre-diabetes but i'm not worried about it

OK, Nicki, I am just a worry wart by nature, blame the 6th h stellium.

I remember my gran complaining to the doctor that she was constantly thirsty and within a year or two,
she had diabetes, same thing with my MIL.

I had AWESOME great teeth for most of my life.
I mean, I had one itty bitty partial cavity when I was 27 yrs old.
I think my dentist just wanted something to do, lol.
and that was my first,
now all of a sudden all my teeth have gotten bad.
Meh, all kinds of weird things happen to ya when you pass 40, but I'll leave that up to your imagination! LOL

I think it depends on what is IN that 6th h stellium.
Mine has Moon, mars, uranus and pluto.
So, yeah, if the moon is there, then that would probably be a high strung person.
I have sun & venus in the 8th too.
Plus I have saturn conj chiron in the 12th,
heh, just not a fun chart, really.
What all is in your 6th then Nicki?

Wow you sound a lot like me lol. Mine is diet pepsi. I drink a ton of it but trying to cut down.

Just my two cents on the diabetes thing.

I found out I was diabetic at 25. I had just gotten over having chicken pocks. Nobody in my family had diabetes...at the time. My doctor told me that it can be in your genes and an illness can bring it out...like chicken pocks. I remember drinking things like oranje juice literally by the gallon. I mentioned this to my doctor. He did a blood test and that was it. A couple of months after finding out I had diabetes, my father found out he had it.

And I always had great health and great dental health till then. I had my first cavity at 23 yrs old.

I don't mean to nag, I have my inner mom talking out sometimes lol.

Hey Gypsee.. do you think its my Sag asc talking? LOL

YES! I actually just started experiencing that. It's because of high blood sugars. I got my eyes tested a couple of years ago and when I got my reading glasses they seemed like they were off...not quite right. So I called the eye doc and he told me if I get my blood sugars right, THEN test that it would be more accurate. But mine always fluctuate so that's a toughie.

The blotchieness is also there...off and on. That tells me my sugars are probably high.
