It is very hard to have an ego which is right sized. The other day ,I was gonna do something which was just pride and ego.
I got stopped,Thank Goodness, cuz I asked for advice before I did it.
When you have to go from low self esteem to a healthy ego,it is really hard.
You need healthy self love.You must have it to function in the world.
However,if you go too far the other way,you are a jerk.
What is a body to do
