that a few long time posters...actually now Moderators,that never share anything personal about themselves. They don't even offer much else to any others, in the way of advice...Ones that have been here for many years, but only post smiley faces? Is that odd? They never offer people decent advice...Or just never post much at all except to stroke another off? Just something I noticed today? Why do most of the Mods here become so secretive and non-helpful to others? or just disappear altogether.... Bears, MoonWitch, BUD...and others....  IP: Logged |

I only rarely notice it, but I myself don't always have the time to browse and respond as much as I'd like to. Not in my own forum as much as I would LOVE to. I can't really concentrate on the depth of the poetry while I'm at work (which is where I have online access) so the easier concepts and threads are where I end up responding the most. I can get a bit emotionally involved here, and I really can't do that anymore. After years of it, it ends up biting me in the arrrrse, so I try to keep a bit aloof. I know I've shared some pretty personal stuff, some I have edited out, some that is still here. I guess I can understand why some people stay quiet or don't say much, and even why some dissapear. I've done it. I may do it again if RL brings more hectic times. But I have thought that before, and at times it is creepy, but I figure Live and Let Live. Who knows why people do what they do?
