Xodian - love the new pictures! What a cool place. <3 I'd be hanging out there all the time.

Seattle - cool. I'm moving to Bainbridge Island this summer. Really looking forward to it. It's a beautiful part of the country.

Nice! We drive through there when we go to the beach(ish) over in Port Angeles. It really is lovely. We'll practically be neighbors!

I don't live in Seattle any longer, though. About 40 minutes East, in the mountains a bit.

oh cool!

It's great that because of the internet, I already have several friends up in that area. I won't feel like I'm moving to a place where I don't know anyone. I have a childhood friend that I grew up in Texas with that lives in Bremerton, a cousin in Olympia that I haven't seen since 1985 but we have SO MUCH IN COMMON, a friend in Seattle proper and a friend a little south before Portland! OH and a couple Canadian friends only a couple hours north!

Isn't it cool how that works?

We're considering moving, and it's nice that I "know" people who live in various areas of the country. It's always nice to think that some of us will be able to meet up for coffee one day.
