Anyone else have fleeting dreams or desires they fear they won't accomplish? Or had?

If I don't live in Monaco, I'll just move somewhere else and build a beautifuler house than what you could find in Monaco.

Sigh........
too many to list.
People say if you can think it or dream it;
that you can make it happen.
Well they did not take into account the impossibles or very unlikely reasons why the answer would be probably not and more likely a never.
Well at least not in just one incarnation.

Ever checked out residentail real estate cost in Monaco for Euros per square metre/meter? Let me clue you in. There aren't very many houses available. They are mostly apartments and they are pretty outrageously priced. The reason is that those with wealth would all like to live there since it is totally tax free, especially the French who are taxed to the wazoo. Another issue is a general lack of high paying jobs. The people who move there are all wealth creators in their own countries and run to Monaco to avoid taxation. Unless you want a hotel/retail job, there aren't many white collared jobs in Monaco. And if you work in a hotel, chances are that you wouldn't be living in Monaco but living somewhere in the South of France outside of St. Tropez/Cannes (which is also unaffordable) and making the long commute by train every day.

Yes! I want to live in Thailand

Probably not permanently, but teaching english for a year or so after I'm done with school has always been a dream of sorts but is now actually looking like an increasingly realistic and appealing option.

If money is an obstacle for Monaco, there's always other places like you said, and if you're flexible there's usually always ways of making things happen. Imo it's not so much about the place but the expericence, and if you have the opportunity to travel or live abroad, especially when young, I don't see a reason to hold back. Of course it's important to be realistic ands smart about it, but if you are usually the benefits far outweight the risks imo

But hey I do have Sag moon, mercury, vertex, lilth, and juno so yeah I'm kind of eternally restless and I understand how most people might not get where I'm coming from with that lol

Oh yah I did. I'm a smart Scorpy!!!! I don't think I will actually live in Monaco unless I marry someone who already lives there. But I don't think I'll be marrying someone for where they live any time soon l o l.

I want to live wherever I feel connected, comfortable, and happy...and I know that I won't know that until I travel the world. I've already done a good amount of travelling in the U.S. and in central america (Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama), but there is so much more to see! That is why I'm saving up to travel the world.. It's not such a lofty dream. It's definitely do-able, and you can afford it if you do your research and budget right. that's my plan and I'm stickin to it

For me, i like the beach. i like them pristine and unpopulated. And i cant stand calm beaches. it's Lihue, Kauai or Kapalua, Maui or Keauhou Bay, Hawaii Definitely not anywhere close to Honolulu or the North Shore where the President hangs out. I hate crowds I want to hit the surf with my longboard and drive my convertibles.

If possible, a glass house under the sea but it's just a dream.

Other than that, travel the world!

Whoa hey that's cool! I imagine it might be possible sometime in the future...not sure how coming and going from your submerged home might work out.

I am the dream fairy, come to bring your dreams to life.

I would want to live in a somewhat isolated, natural area, 10 ft high waterfall, lake for swimming in, lots of foliage and sunshine. It is times like these I wish I could draw well enough to depict what is in my head.
