Topic: Tired of sexual flings, but can not seem to attract a serious relationship.

Ive always had flings, nothing serious. When one was over another was there to take its place. I am just tired of those. I want something serious, but i cant seem to attract it.IP: Logged |

I know this answer is cliché but life experience has taught me it's accurate. Stop *trying* to attract it and instead, start being selfish. Try pursuing things (other than sex, which is awesome) that make YOU happy on the inside.  I want to achieve taking my own advice. I also want to re-learn Spanish (I used to be at a fluent/near native level but I've not practiced). What do you want to achieve today? This month? This year? IP: Logged |

It's hard to attract something you want. You have to let go of the want and accept your life as it is now...this does not mean you need to keep having flings but at the moment you do not have a serious relationship. Trust that one will come to you when the time is right, and live your life. Like Geeky said - add more ingredients. Get hobbies (not that I'm assuming you have none, but find more you like?) enjoy your friends and your parents. There are billions of people out in the world and you're compatible with at least 10 of them. You'll have your pick, don't worry. IP: Logged |
