No it's true! I don't know what to say!

There's been a BUNCH of times that I've sat here, wrote something out and then hit back on the browser and said forget it. I just did it a bit ago, right here in this forum. I do it a lot on all kinds of threads and for all kinds of reasons. Mostly though, I just think, "Who cares?"
(LOL I did it again. I wrote out a BUNCH below this on here and deleted it)

I can't.... I want to but I can't.

I do the same thing, for the same reason.

The truth for me, nobody does care. Which is fine, why should they? They have their own lives and own problems. They have their own ideas about the questions they are asking, and answers they are looking for. They have their own particular groups of people they like to converse with.

That is how life works, if you are not on some level friendly with people, they more than likely will not respond to you.

Such as this thread has so few hits, even though I know there are a huge number of members, I almost never see posts from.

People will look at the title, look in, maybe read a few posts, but not venture their own ideas. Or they won't see anyone they recognise and wander off in search of other threads with people they do know.

Yours truly,
Terribly Bitter Person.

This comes out as more of a statement, rather than as an intent to complain or be bitter. In all actuality, I'm not really that bothered, what does it matter whether someone reads or hears what I have to say?

The best person to validate you, is you.
Unfortunately,
The best validation we get, is from others.

I really think it is the chart, as all things are, because that is the lens with which we see life.

There is the saying"The seeing eye sees all".

I think I just got that

We see outside of ourselves as if it is REALITY but it is really our lens.

Your chart can show you your lens. That is why it is such a wonderful, wonderful tool

You're so valued here, Swift.
Really!
All the people who read your posts enjoy reading them cause you always come up with interesting, wise things.

So, uh, please don't censor yourself.

And your whole post was spot on again.

Anyway, Zander and all the others, I can so relate.
I can easily reply to some things but I often delete a lot of things I was about to say and just post a line or two instead.

As someone who has mostly been reading here, I've seen your posts and quietly agreed with many of them. You make really good points and put them in a way that's sensitive and thoughtful. Just saying.

The validation problem, yeah, shame it tends to go like that, right?

Zander, I totally get what you're talking about! This has been my problem on every message board I've been and it takes forever before I feel truly good about what I post. That's without getting nervous of what people will think of it, if it's not too blunt, not too whiny, wanting to delete my whole post because it's too long, if I don't make it too much about myself, etc.(I totally did, didn't I? *sigh*) Sometimes I even feel bad about not being able to reply to some topics, though I really want to give some support, I'm just too tired or don't have the time to sit down for it. Yeah, that anxiety is really bad and I know nobody would care that much. It's all in my head. Try telling that to yourself and believe it, you know?

*big gasp*

Anyway, I know how you feel. And people do care about what you have to say, why else would they reply here?

We can be our own worst critic and it takes away a lot of opportunities. Just keep posting, you can always use it for practice. Any topic here you feel comfortable talking about? Like... the one that pours out at the first word you type? There's got to be something you know what to say about!

(There, I almost did it myself, went for that backspace button out of fear of butting into something personal for you both. So I'm not going to!)

Happy birthday, by the way!

I am gonna give an honest opinion to your post.
It is one man's opinion.

Opinions are like noses. We all have one and they usually have a few holes in them.

When I read your posts, they are usually( as far as I have seen) advice to others.

If someone breaks up with someone, you tell them that there are many fish in the sea etc

I have never seen you talk about yourself. How do YOU feel when you break up?

How do YOU feel as you go through your life?

I don't listen to advice, myself, because I have found it is cheap and easy to say.

I am not saying you are cheap. I am just saying that I want to hear from someone's heart, not advice that I usually know myself.

We all the know the "right answers". It is applying them to our own lives that makes what we have to say interesting.

Again, reject this, if you care to. I try to be honest because I value honesty when it is given to me.

meissieri - You hit it pretty good.

You're all great though. I'm kinda dumbfounded that you all replied to be honest. *scratching head* It's good though.

When it comes to Astrological knowledge when I came here was like a 5 year old. Now, I'm like a 10 year old. Better, but still a lot of growing up to do. LOL

Ignore the transits. I grabbed this from another post and the transits are from last year.

Ok-Tony
You have mercury in the 12th. Venus is there, too. OUCH

I have lots of articles on 12th House planets. It really makes a person find it very hard to put himself out there.

People who don't have 12th House planets don't get it. You really can't explain it to them, either.

Mercury is communication so this really makes sense in light of what you said.

Study up on Mercury and venus in the 12th house.

I will make a thread for you in the Beginners Forum on 12th house planets, if you would like.

If not, Google it, Friend!

Exactly.
I need to know more about it and a post in the beginners forum would be awesome if you want to. Plus I'll google it when I have time.

I feel it no doubt and in fact, it's quite funny because when I made this thread. I made this HUGE LONG post about my 12th house and the things that I feel inside it. Then, exactly as you say, I thought, "No one is going to understand this crap." and backed out of it. I can't tell people about all of the things in there because
1 - they won't understand a lot of it which leads to 2 - they might get weirded out or afraid. LOL

. It always backfires because like was said, people can't wrap their head around. None that I've met. Not at all to imply that I have some kind of special gift, although maybe... I don't know!

I don't like to tell people about that 12th house stuff and the things that go on in there. With Venus, Mars, and Mercury and some conjunctions and squares... it's a busy place.

Funny thing happened last night. Possibly 12th house.

There's a guy at work, and electrician that I REALLY don't like. I never liked the guy from the first few seconds that I ever saw him. No idea why, I just didn't. We used to work together in another area of the place doing other jobs. Long story short, over the next few months he insulted a good friend of mine, kept insulting another, and one day was all sarcastic and insulted me. I became just enraged. I got RIGHT in his face and just screamed at him. LOL I walked away, about 5 minutes later I was completely better.

Ever since, we just don't like each other. I don't like to call him if I need an electrician. I was telling... well he's not REALLY my boss but kind of. I was telling him about it and how I don't like that guy. How he belittles people and about when I yelled at him. This lady friend of mine who was standing near us when I did that. I didn't even notice her there at the time. She told me later that she was shaking in fear. LOL I was like, "Oh, I'm sorry." and I really was very sorry.
My "boss" thought it was kinda funny but I could tell didn't completely get it because he's never had an issue.
Not even an hour later he had to call that electrician over and the guy I yelled at gave my "boss" a hard time. They had an exchange of words too, albeit less loudly than I did. LOL

He came back and told me. He thought it was a funny coincidence, I thought.. whoa.... 12th house? I've been thinking pretty intensely on the 12th for a few weeks now.

Thanks to, Hera, Doux Reve, Meissierei, Something Excellent, and Mirage. I am somewhat surprised, you're all very generous.

You want to know? I feel like a gust of wind has suddenly shattered me and my life into a million pieces, and I take things a day at a time. I take most days a day at a time.

You want to know? I felt like I have been blindfolded and been stumbling through an enormous cavern. I've taken the blindfold off, and realised a few things, mainly that this cavern is not so empty as I first thought, just that I was stumbling around all the interesting things without bumping into anything. Now I've stopped to look at a few, and I'm looking for something, I just am not sure what that is at the moment. Sometimes I feel like it will all work out, sometimes I feel like I'll never find out what I want, but I'll keep on stumbling on anyway. What else is there to do? Besides, you never know, I just might stumble into what it is I want and I'll know.

Advice, support, they are both free and freely given. If you don't want to listen, that is your choice. Listening to someone else talking about the same thing, from a different viewpoint, is priceless. It costs you nothing, and it might just change your life. You don't have to take the advice if you don't want, it won't change anything just listening, other than you might now be aware of another viewpoint.

I don't know or have all the right answers. There are millions of things I don't know about, or have any answers to that other people do. There are some things I have been through, that the majority of people I meet won't have experienced. There will be a great many things that other people have been through, that I won't have experienced.

I honestly don't think there are even any "right" answers. Just answers.

I have no desire to continue to discuss anything personal about myself with you Ami. I'm grateful that you have not shared the things we did talk about a good few years ago and respecting my privacy.

I'm sorry you feel that way about me, I wish you all the best.

I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts around the forum should you disclose them Zander. I think they'll be interesting.

Advice is neither cheap nor easy to say, not the good, heart-felt one. Perhaps it does not reach your numb heart, but don't generalize. The rest of us appreciate it.

I found an old 2005 thread on this site about Mercury in the 12th.
I'd like to start a thread. This older one was in the regular Astrology forum. I just want to be sure of where to put it. I was shocked at the things people said abd how I can relate to them.

I may expose a few secrets although I'm afraid to. Things go on in my mind that are of zero threat to anyone but they are disturbing and source is unknown. A past life vision I had not long ago may explain.
I would be open to a 12th house discussion but right now without any research on the other planets it feels like mercury would be complex enough by itself to use a dedicated thread.
I also want to research my other placements still.

I just want to get it right. LOL

Your Moon conjuncts my Sun. How cool.

When I feel warm fuzzies to a person as I do for you, the chart always backs it up.

Sun conj Moon is very special.
