I have a song I am totally addicted to. I am trying to become fluent in Spanish. I have the same urge to become fluent in Spanish that I did to study Astrology.I think there must be some reason for it. I am about halfway there to being fluent but this song is like potato chips to me. ------------------

For me, when I study languages, it stops the noise in my brain from being such a high strung Gemini( Sun, merc and Venus in the 9th house)

My garden is a positive addiction. If I have anxiety, which I do a lot, I go out in the dirt for a while and it seems to get much better. Nature will do that. ------------------

Truthfully, you BOTH confuse me. LOL Like a Lemon Drop. There's something wonderfully sweet about it but then at the same time it's like, "Damn. That's some sour sh*t going on here! I really like the notion of positive addictions 
I think the reason many are not replying.. is that they can't think of any. People find it easier to get addicted to things that put them on a high, but that are not particularly good for them.. and sometimes, they are just blatantly bad for them. I'm pretty sure we all have a self-destructive streak, for better or worse.It's awesome that you have positive addictions, like gardening. I love drawing, but it's more like a hobby, rather than an addiction - because I don't make time for it as much as I used to. IP: Logged |

Thanks OdetteI truly am a blessed person. God has been super good to me. I have my garden. I planted giant mammoth sunflowers from seed and they came up--huge flowers of sunshine. I could have cried they were so beautiful. My website is a positive addiction for me because I can help so many people and do so many things free because I don't need the money. People appreciate it so much and it really makes me feel good. Singing is a positive addiction when you sing with another person. I call it air sex because it is so intimate  Thanks Odette for appreciating my thread <3

Where is the conflict??This is not a conflict as far as I'm concerned and it certainly wasn't a conflict after my initial comment. I am exactly the same with everyone. If you don't like it - congratulations. You seem to blow small online tiffs out of proportion and refer to them as huge conflicts.

Both of them have my email and I've had private conversations with both.
There exists a world beyond this site. I know... so keep it in email. Maybe I didn't want to. I took the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. If people don't like it.
