They're naturally toned I guess.. I don't like it.. since my upper body has no body fat so it's easy to notice even with a little bit.I actually got really upset when I started noticing definition. I love androgyny . My legs don't get that toned thank god but I just work out the booty cause saggy butts when I'm old will not be cute. But I figure when I loose my beauty I'll be more into fitness. Exercising the legs and butt is easiest because all they require are walking, jogging, running up stairs. It's easy to do all that in any city without buying anything extra. Push ups are an easy way to tone the arms but I absolutely cannot stand them, never could. My elbows are double jointed and weaker at the joints than average so I can't do chin ups very easily or push ups. Weights are ok.IP: Logged |

I think this (Stairway to the Skies by Within Temptation) is closest to the melancholy, angst, and pensiveness I feel right now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85fX-iz9F08 But this poem by A. E. Housman is closer still: Others, I am not the first, Have willed more mischief than they durst: If in the breathless night I too Shiver now, 'tis nothing new. More than I, if truth were told, Have stood and sweated hot and cold, And through their reins in ice and fire Fear contended with desire. Agued once like me were they, But I like them shall win my way Lastly to the bed of mould Where there's neither heat nor cold. But from my grave across my brow Plays no wind of healing now, And fire and ice within me fight Beneath the suffocating night. IP: Logged |

That's a nice, optimistic poem

With Mars in Sagittarius I don't want to think about exercising arms. It's so much easier to just jog and run up stairs :/ My arms are my Achilles's Tendon. IP: Logged |

Why do you want to get that toned anyways. The feminine body is perfect and it's natural to have more fat deposits in the arms. i can't jump on that greek ideal of beauty. I've had some straight male friends tell me not to work out because that's awesome I get to have a beautiful body. IP: Logged |

THIS, Bones by MsMr: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDpdpE00rfI If anyone wants to see it set to the X-Files (Scully's PoV) rather than to generic lyrics then you can see that here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjjsLZjy1j4 IP: Logged |

My arms irritate me because the lower arms are really over toned. They aren't muscular like you see bodybuilders, they are just very lean and have that toned look to them which I like. My upper arms are not as toned and there's a slight contrast I find annoying. I wish my upper arm looked like my lower but it's like I have two different sets of arms, the lower and upper, that belong on two different bodies, mine and someone else's.

Recently I've been listening to this song non stop. Reminds me a little much of the earlier days :">Something stupid - Frank n Nancy Sinatra http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0f48fpoSEPU "I practice everyday to find some clever lines to say to make the meaning come true" And A little party never kills nobody - Fergie. I probably won't ever get bored of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZgjmE6xdaw " It don’t mean a thing if I ain’t in your eyes Papa that ain’t gonna fly, no, uh, uh, ah, oh". Hah. And this song reminds me of my father coz he loves it. Sometimes when I'm feeling down I'd listen to it. 1st time I left home this song was in my head. You can win if you want - Modern Talking https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxM8Kf5SeiA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxM8Kf5SeiA IP: Logged |

Madonna - Lucky Star http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThHz9wlBeLU&feature=kp I have Madonna arms btw. While watching this video just now, I realized for the first time how similar my build is to Madonna's and she is a Leo sun with Virgo rising. I am a Virgo sun with my chart ruler in Leo. Hahaha. I was reading your post earlier about your arms, and I was thinking "that sounds like me, except that mine are a little more muscular in the upper area rather than the lower" and I was thinking that when my arms are stretched out they look like Madonna's arms, hahaha. Maybe it's my Virgo Moon AND the Cappy Mars in 6th? IP: Logged |
