oh okey i get what you mean. I dont know maybe this comes from my hard neptune aspects to my mars, sun and moon and my moon lies in cancer too. And the "suddeness" i think might come from my hard uranus aspects to my moon sun and mercury. What do you think? IP: Logged |

Like the other responses you got in A 2.0 I don't know if anyone can feel it during the actual act, but they can after. It's even portrayed jokingly on TV by one character acting normal maybe a bit more giddy and the other says "You got lucky, huh?" and then the other character acts surprised they could tell and the audience laughs and laughs... everyone is an empath and can pick up on that if they try, but there are varying levels to such a sensitivity.IP: Logged |

As I understood the intial question - Dreaminess was asking whether an empath could physically feel as though someone was actually having sex with them (even though they weren't in "reality") purely because the empath might be picking up on the other person's vibe/sexual thoughts. Is this ^ what you meant Dreaminess? I also have a Mars/Neptune aspect - the conjunction... and I quickly pick up on people's feelings towards me, mainly when the feelings are intense, like sexual feelings. But I can't say I ever felt like my thoughts were invaded by theirs, to the extent you described - feeling like they were inside you etc.
If I feel repulsed by their attraction I instantly put up walls, so I don't allow them in my space. If I like their energy then I'm open to it, but still not to the extent where they could psychologically pull me into their fantasy. IP: Logged |

To me it makes perfect sense lol that would happen I have felt it and it does feel involuntary and against the grain of how I'm feeling in general - sometimes accompanied by images which aren't my fantasies but I've known were a specific persons. Yes this is pretty much what i meant, i dont only see it suddenly inside of my mind but i also intensely feel it too like it was happening to me. This has happened not only with men but also females i know, i get these sudden flashes of sexual images of them and this weird feeling and vibe over me when its happening. I dont think i only get this from people that are attracted to me, i think i get it from people that are connected to me in someway like i can get sudden flashes of some of my friends "doing it" too and I don`t know how to put up a "wall" but i want to bc i dont like getting it from people i am not attracted to. Yes to some of this, but also i dont feel like its me their thinking about but more like they are doing something sexual at that moment, and that can be with someone else or yeah like you said masturbating etc.

Yes. I only feel it with one person though. Our connection is so deep that I can even tell where he is or what he's thinking from afar (and I usually get confirmation on FB a few hours/days later). It's a bit creepy. I can also feel when he's thinking of me while gratifying himself. Which makes me wonder why I haven't felt it in a while ... It's very intense and can happen at anytime. I was at the library last time it happened. It was quite embarassing to get heat waves/heart palpitations all of the sudden. It lasts about 15 minutes and dissipates right away. Back when he didn't have a job in the summer, I felt it every single day. It was draining. I also felt him having sex back in December. Turns out I was right. I found out that he spent that very same weekend with a single female friend of his. It felt as though he was making love to me all weekend. Bizarre. When this happens, I usually get "images/flashes" in my head of him and I or him and someone else having sex. Those are obviously unwanted images, especially when you're studying at the library! Men who, if they felt the need, would probably just take a quick shower if for some reason they didn't have access to the "real thing". I don't find it surprising. Guys aren't anywhere as turned off by nasty stuff as we are and furthermore they have the prostrate thing working for them. What little porn I've seen aimed at guys was almost always very different (and much more vulgar and gross) than erotica aimed at women. Some guys seem compelled to touch themselves every free moment they get, or at least pretend they do (going by their tweets and such, and some are self-destructive in nature, even ruining political careers when they damn well should have known better). But how many actually do it on the toilet, IDK, but I'm sure some do, and plenty of guys have "bathroom reading material" that is often borderline porn if not outright porn (first porn mag I saw that about made me puke was under a bathroom sink within reach of the toilet, makes me cringe recalling using that toilet myself), though granted others just play video games (and I once heard a guy flush while talking business with me over the phone--and he was the one who called me ).Furthermore, they have more than twice the brain power devoted to sexual nature than women (going by brain scans) so it's important not to assume they're pretty much just like us on that matter (though they'll know to fake it, just like many women also fake things, to attract rather than repulse the desired gender). That said...I'm not completely impressed by brain scans as they seem too limited with neurologists treating brains like products from an assembly line (one size fits all though they'll allow for male/female brands) with little variation (and pathologizing obvious deviations rather than trying to attain a more complex view) and assuming the brain determines behavior and thoughts rather than thoughts and behavior shaping the brain (despite that they've ACCIDENTALLY--and failed to follow up on--that the brain changes in unexpected ways when used differently, like a man who lost his job due to a brain disorder and was getting regular scans and after he got a new job as a cab driver his brain showed growth in memory, which I'd say he got from memorizing routes and addresses, when normally that part of his brain should have been getting smaller at his age). For example, brain scans show the brain doesn't fully mature until age 25, but from what I can tell they ONLY measure the brains of kids who go to college and otherwise don't have a chance to develop their brain, but would brain scans be the same in a culture where "kids" are treated as responsible adults, especially a tribal one? Until they do I consider their current findings on the maturation of the brain to be inconclusive. That applies here in that men and women are raised with different attitudes toward sex and what it says about us which could account for serious deviation between the male and female brain that it actually more developed by society rather than biologically inherent (especially as I've noticed males and females raised differently from their peers seemed to think and act differently, including toward sex, though I'm not aware of any brain scans done on such people). That said, boys do seem much more inclined to like the gross and disgusting more than girls from a very young age, though that could conceivably be due to subtle conditioning (for example, read of an observation of how a mother was much more comfortable talking to toddler son about such matters than another in the same restroom was with her toddler daughter which would be an example of a subtle pressure that might shape the developing brain).
