http://www.anxietybusters.com/ If you have been abused, you may have responded by becoming numb. Most people do. This program is amazing. I started it 2 weeks ago and it has really, really helped me. She answers the phone, herself. She answers your questions and she has a real passion for helping people. It is not a scam, as so much out there is. I want to bless you and her by putting this up. ------------------

I've experienced being numb and dissociation although not because of abuse as such. I think it's a reflex I have to work through in my chart as it goes in cycles and I can shut down if I allow circuits to go back to that pattern. But have found a way to reboot quicker with add in programmes  (quaoar aspects = computer analogies). Glad you're finding a way, keep at it ... Sometimes things get better out of necessity I.e having to find the solution.IP: Logged |

YES, Florence. It changed my life. I feel back to my old self. I became numb at 14. I remember the moment. After that, I could never make it go away. Nothing was any fun because I was never "there".I feel this lady is the real deal. You have to be so careful with people in psych You could easily get someone worse than you  ------------------

It's a tricky state to address ... But I think it's a good way to experience a cross-section of self too. Can't express what I mean here but someone recently told me she had experienced being numb but I wasn't aware that was the case. She's a very spiritual hunter, though, for meaning and in a way strong emotions & numbness too seems to propelled this hunt for meaning. My sun chiron is combust I think and a description I read was this aspect needs to integrate self very badly like an alchemical wedding. So in a way I think the numb was not as much a lack of living as I thought .. It was wanting to live so badly. I'm still there though in many ways but progress IP: Logged |
