Strongholds are beliefs which hold you back. Usually, they repeat in your mind, a lot or all the time. I am trying to face mine and give them up to God because I know He does not want me to have them.Examples would be things like: 1. I am not smart enough to succeed. 2. I was born poor, so I do not belong with people who are not. 3. I am not lovable. 4. I am not pretty enough to be attractive. 5. I cannot show my real self or people will hate me.
I will share mine later. I want to think about it for a bit.
Please, share yours, if you would like. It helps to face things like this because they run us subconsciously. ------------------

Emotionally, I'd rather walk away or leave a path of destruction to drive others away than to "face the music" and deal with emotional issues.
