I've never seen this or experienced such bizarre course of events until this week. I had two job interviews schedule for last week and this week. One of the two companies cancelled the job interview the day before by sending me a very impersonal email on the day of the interview, which started with "Good Morning" and did not mention my name. The position is supposedly "on hold for now". Alright. Then, I had another company schedule an interview for a graduate scheme starting in September then disappeared into thin air. They were supposed to confirm the interview time a few days prior (because I had to travel all the way to their location) and despite my email, they never did. Thank God, I tend to procrastinate when it comes to buying train/airplane tickets or their lack of courtesy would have cost me a lot of money. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. Is this due to some kind of transit or has it ever happened to you? Twice in a week. These HR officers clearly lack courtesy. It speaks volume about the company's culture. IP: Logged |

The first job interview was in the UK indeed. Thank you for letting me know. The second one in Luxembourg.

:-) I'm sure you'll make it, it's just bad procedures companies adopt. Doesn't really depend on youIP: Logged |
