Not sure if this is the correct forum, but here goes...It's been a difficult month or two. Saturn is kicking the hell out of my second house. Little work, bills, etc. Add to that the death of an uncle, and problems in the lives of those closest to me. My daughter, with her own set of problems I won't go into, is moving back home to live with me. The time has been nothing but stress and setbacks trying to get her here. Tonight, near the end of my endurance, I was going through boxes left from my mother after she passed away 3 years ago. I came across a stack of index cards, unused except the top one. In her hand was written "Show Hank Psalms 32:10" (Yes, I'm Hank. Hello). I leave it to your inclination to look it up if you wish. For my part, I take it as one last reminder from her that I was, and am, loved. Perhaps left for me to find in just such a time of doubt as this. I cried. IP: Logged |

Hi, GB! I am sorry to hear about your troubles. I too have had a very hard time in my life, the hardest being my Mom's sudden death 5 months ago. I also found something from her yesterday, she gave me a jewelry box a few years ago that I never opened. I did yesterday as I was doing some cleaning and found money inside. She always used to do that, hide money in various gifts because she knew I wouldn't take it but it was her pleasure to give it to me (a very Taurus woman). In a way I was sad because I felt I had disregarded her present, but on the other hand maybe I wasn't supposed to open it until yesterday, to feel her close to me again... IP: Logged |
