Me and food always had this bond since birth and i was on breasts.It's always been calling and i always answered, giving in, getting back together, eating, gaining weight. Everytime we together, I over indulge. Started my diet the other day and food's been calling, tempting me. But I refuse to answer. But it's been hard to let go because we've been inlove since birth. I agree with that^ And I would add, don't attach your self-worth to whether or not you stick to it 100% every day. It's ok if you mess up because it's the overall lifestyle change that counts. I also think that if you're used to eating unhealthy meals and you replace them with stuff like salads, don't be afraid to eat a lot of salad even if it amounts to the same amount of calories as the unhealthy stuff, because in the long run you're training your body to accept those foods instead, and that's what will help you more than sticking to a calorie goal. good luck and congrats on making the choice to be healthier IP: Logged |
