Oddest thing happened to me yesterday! I was in bed watching a movie in which one segment had music by Thelonius Monk's "Misterioso". For those that don't know: it's jazz. Anyway, all of a sudden my heart started beating really rapidly and I felt cold. Then my eyes got all blurry and it almost felt as if they were stuck in one place. I saw NOTHING! I stopped watching movie and 2 minutes later it was gone. This has never happened to me before and I listen to a lot of music and I watch a lot of movies. I am not saying it has something to do with that particular type of music but I found it odd that it started when music started playing and stopped as soon as I stopped watching movie. IP: Logged |

I don't know the details but there's theories music at some tones are good / bad. Affects chakras. It might not have been inherently bad but jarred with your own sense of balance. There's conspiracy theories saying some tones are deliberately played within media to affect groups of people. I think there was a thread in spider line talking about this and how certain tones were played after / around the us election. Maybe you were sensitive to something like that.I can't think of a time I had that but everytime I watched this drama series called 'black mirror' I felt sick and got a migraine. A lot of the ideas in it did consciously upset me and I'd say there was something Uranian about it as I feel similar with some sci fI things, but not to that degree. Uranus conj my asc, is opposite my sun/Chiron and square Mars and also is inconjunct Mercury. I've a feeling it was the inconjunct as it was a very odd crevice in my psyche type of sensation. Could also be merc opp Pluto as a lot of ideas of the series are to do with power of technology, create paranoia. It was kind of like it hit a pressure point in my chart. I never thought but perhaps the music to do with the series actually caused the feeling Frequency was the word I was looking for. Some people can get seizures from some sounds. Were there any possible visual links? My husband gets very ill, knock out migraines and seizures from some sounds/music in movies especially if there is anything to cause a visual disturbance along with the sounds. He has also gotten cold and zoned out and just stares into space and is unconscious even though his eyes are open. Hope you are going to be OK I do not know how old you are, but my husband was about 35 when his problems with this began.

Hi! Not sure about possible visual links. There wasn't anything really going on in movie at that time. I am 40 and this is the 1st time it's happened. Thank you for your reply! IP: Logged |

You're welcome. If it happens again, you might want to see a doctor just in case. Especially if you find other people noticing your zone outs or whatever.IP: Logged |

Sometimes if you naturally have a high heart rate or been really stress lately...music that excites you/gets you energetic can make you feel faint. or Maybe the music stir certain emotions you had in a past situation that brought you great disappointment, heart break, or shock.
