Who knows if this is the right forum, I apologize if it's not. But this message extends to everyone here on Lindaland
Recently, I've felt like I've hit what many consider 'rock bottom', obviously this spiraled me back into the depressive state that I suffered through in high school. I had panic attacks and suicidal thoughts, and truly thought that there was no point anymore.

I've come to realize when you hit rock bottom, the only way to go from there is up. Granted, I still suffer from depression and other things, obviously those aren't so easy to get rid of. But step by step, day by day, I know that I can and will improve, and that I am improving. I'm taking the bull by the horns, I refuse to give up after not seeing progress like I usually would. I'm going to stick through this because I deserve happiness.

And so do you! Each and every one of you deserve happiness, and I will send all the positive vibes in the world to assure that you achieve it, no matter how long it takes! Please remember that it will always get better, you will get better. That one thing thats soured your mood for the past week is just a small pawn in the chess game we call life.

So remember, when you're at the bottom, the only way left to go is up. I hope you all have a wonderful, blessed day. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to be part of this community, and I hope to stay a part of it for a very long time.
