Every damn day! 
More bad than good happens.
Good rarely happens.
Went to Medicaid Dentist today to get 3 teeth extracted;
1.
a severely broken tooth 1/2 sheared off from grinding my teeth during an agony time recently;
2.
and an abscessed tooth which has spread to other teeth, jaws and sinuses etc.,
3.
and another broken tooth.....ALL needing pulled TODAY! This was an emergency dental visit!.
So......
There I was in the dental chair and the receptionist comes running in and says Medicaid said that I am no longer covered under them. :'( :'( :'( !
I was in agony and yelled wtf
Seems ...get this shite......
I made $3 too much on my disability income to qualify for poor people medical Insurance.
I have some surgery I need, plus tests and then of course meds; but geeez....now doctors will not be completely covered and the government has taken away all my dental.
And how will I get my meds, when I cannot afford the doctors?
THE GOVERNMENT IS RAPING AND BEATING AND ROBBING ME BECAUSE OF THREE FRUCKING DOLLARS! $3 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT THE MOMENT FEELING TOTALLY CRUSHED.
And that is just one of several nasty things going on in my world to try and kill me or drive me to it.
Our house insurance is going to cancel because we cannot afford the repairs they wanted; but would not cover in claims. WTF? What good is house insurance when they cancel the insurance instead of honoring the claims?
At the moment I am so freaking despondent; in in AGONY from many things besides the teeth. My grandpa once said to me when he was about my age;
"......(my name) I sometimes wonder if we can live too long"......
I use to wonder what he meant;
but here I am in FAR worse straits than he was;
and now I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT HE MEANT!
This is not a good place to be at right now. 
No good things in sight; only bad and more bad.

Damn, that does sound deliberate, since disability tends to be a set amount. Like someone in politics deliberately screwed over the disabled (while no doubt giving all sorts of perks to their rich cronies, which is all good in the eyes of many, welfare for the rich, but not to the poor, in fact, I'll never forget the moment when politicians said "let 'em die without insurance" and many actually CHEERED).
That also strongly suggests that even if there are good people (as in sincerely well meaning and competent) trying to help with private charities who could help you navigate the system and find something to work for you, then there will be a great many using it which makes it difficult for everyone on it. The insurance company sounds like typical American ethics at work. A lawyer might help, but even if you could find one you could afford (as in free or from fees won in court) then that lawyer would probably have similar American ethics which would leave you high and dry (though still some small revenge against the insurance company). Thank you all for your kindness and caring. 
It helps to just know that some folks care.
I have no good news today.
Now they are talking making me pay back Medicaid for medical going back to 2013.
I cannot do that!
Another person said they cannot find my original application.
Another said they needed my Medicare approval from 1989!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was like wtf???????
I am the only one with income in our two disabled people household.
Then we find out that I should never have gotten Medicaid because I get like $40 or $3 a month too much depending on who I ask.
Yet my income and household income is still well below the state poverty guidelines.
I just do not get this crap they are pulling! Every year we have to go in and sup[ply proof of income and proof of disability for both of us.
The case workers handle it from there.
So is it my fault that the idiots did not do their jobs right?
A few years ago one of the idiots at Medicare and SS declared me deceased!
That was a frigging nightmare! Having to prove I am still alive and disabled! AArrggghhhh!
We are going to file an appeal.
And try and get legal aid.
Sigh....I feel so damn lost and beyond exhausted physically and mentally.
We were already not making ends meet.
Now this crap.
I am usually too physically down; as is my husband to handle life as it is; every day is a struggle;
and now this crap thrown at us.
I feel stupid posting all this here because I know there are folks worse off than us;
but two disabled people trying to live on about $275 a month after utilities, taxes, etc. are paid; is pretty much near to impossible.
That $275 a month has to cover food; meds, toiletries, and so forth. Forget about dental or vision care or replacing our 17 year old car or fixing anything...
I know that no one can help;
and not asking or expecting anyone one too.
I just have to ***** or I will fold.
Food stamps are a almost a joke if you do not have kids. About $18 a week for us.
That buys ramen noodles.
Great diabetic food! Ugh.
And now they are saying I might have to pay Medicaid back to 2013;
on top of now having to fork out copays and all for doctors and hospitals.
I just hope they do not take my RX coverage away too.

I am going nuts trying to come up with at least $265.00 for tomorrow for an extraction of an abscessed broken tooth that has been eating a way at my facial bones and has been causing increased happenings of episodes of blindness from the facial swelling. .
