Have you had a pancreas enzyme activity check ?
But yes, cut out sugar anyway and drink more water to flush out toxins. Then you won’t need the drugs to lower blood sugar if you stick with the commitment. Tue 2 diabetes can be got rid of in about 3 months I believe, but you have to be religious about changes in the diet.
If you’ve already tried vitamin b complex (and iron supplements if you’re a vegetarian) and D3 for sleep regulation ...
Consider doing core strength exercises (free on YouTube) Try 25 minutes a day using different 5-10 minute videos you should feel different after 4 days.
And perhaps see a physiotherapist or osteopath to see if something is out of balance. (Especially if you have muscle soreness/tension ?) They will fell you which exercises to do.

Side thought : Have you had your teeth checked ?
