I'm in the final semester of my undergraduate studies. This is supposed to be a good part of my life, but covid-19 has changed all that. My graduation and other fun events (sports, concerts, and festivals) have been canceled. Basically life has been put on hold and it f***ing sucks. All my classes are online now, and that has made completing and turning in assignments more of a hassle.

And as an introvert, you'd think I would at least enjoy a lot of quiet time during all this bs, right? Wrong. My extroverted roommate has become unbearably needy since covid-19 shut life down. He talks to me constantly. There's not a moment of silence in our apartment. And guess what he talks about? This bs and what they are saying about it on the news.

And the icing on the sh** sundae is the weather has been awful. Nothing but rain, rain, rain and dreary grey skies. I don't think I have seen consecutive days with sunshine this year. And the lack of warmth and vitamin D, plus the fearmongering on the news, is taking a toll on my sanity. I feel like screaming.

You need to take some D3 every day. Three bucks for 100 days' worth at Walmart.

I can sort of relate. I am lucky to have the place to myself, but I still get to leave at least two days a week to care for nieces and nephews.

I have a friend was needy before the pandemic.I have a friend who does not really like the typical 9-5 American work life. If she wanted to work less her husband would support her. I have experienced first hand what she is like when she is not working. When she is not working she does not know what to do with her self.
She works at a day care. It was only a matter of time that her center would get shut down. I was like oh no I cannot deal with her being out of a job again. She thinks it's appropriate and normal to call me multiple times a day and to keep calling me if I don't answer.

Every time she texts me that she needs a day off my internal response is "NO YOU DON'T!" I got one of those texts yesterday.
When I found out she was going to nanny a child from her day care I was like THANK GOD!!

I talked to her for an hour today. I tell her I got to go. She calls me two times in a row a few hours later. I just don't get how someone wants to spend their whole day talking on the phone. That is NOT normal to want to talk to someone on the phone that much.

My friend got rid of FB. So she has been wanting to tell me a lot of breaking news that has been on FB for at least a week. She has been doing this weird thing where she will search the internet while on the phone with me and will want to tell me about everything she is discovering on the web. What the hell? Why do you need to be doing this on the phone? She was even telling me about a video she was watching.

She is a very late to the game person. She just started watching South Park and wants to talk about everything she likes about the show.

Yesterday she texts me "we can text if you like." I don't respond and she texts me about about 6 bursts of texts! I want to be like "watch the damn kid!!!"

Hi AG!

Make sure you eat well..lots of green vegetables, which will help you deal with stress better..you mentioned Vitamin D..that should help you..if you're feeling cold, maybe get your iron checked, or see if you're getting enough in your foods. Low Vitamin D can mess with your iron level...eating well and no snacks or other unhealthy food can help you.

Take care,
Spring

Your friend needs some earphones coupled with free podcasts / internet radio .
Try saying you have trouble studying but you’re free for a catch-up between X and Y o’clock

I'm back!!

I am temporarily staying at parents. My mom has Leo Mercury, I have Taurus Mercury. Sometimes it's like OMG SHUT UP!!! Stop talking.

I just told said "stop acknowledging me. I want to be invisible. I'm having privacy withdrawals!" Like stop reminding me that I exist. Because I do not enjoy existing that much, and I don't like being reminded about it constantly.

My life has not been great for a while. Scorpio season makes me feel like I can't escape with no end in sight. I always feel this way this time a year.

My life is getting better but existing in reality sucks a$$. I am having weed with drawls.

I'm over worked
under F***ed
under paid
and under appreciated in general

I NEED MY PERSONAL SPACE ON SO MANY LEVELS.

I use to really feel the lack of privacy a lot before I moved in with now husband.

and f()ck sobriety
