Something hit me today and I wanted to share it with you. If you have a dental school near you, they take patients at reduced rates.

Thanks. I remember my mum going to dental schools, when we were first back here.

I woke up today, with a swollen gum again, and just swished with peroxide directly. It helped. I’ve been using a pre-brushing rinse that has that in it, along with other thing (oxygen BR), but I just felt like I needed the peroxide itself today.

Ami Anne,
Excellent advice. Ours here is open only part of the year. Not certain if all of the teaching centers are like that but c19 may change things too.

@Teasel ~ that was so wise to do. Be cautious not to over do on the hydrogen peroxide because it can dry out the fleshy mouth areas. Especially the gums. Can you swap your tooth paste out for awhile for a coconut oil swish? Online yt has so many benefits mentioned there. Coconut Oil has healing within it. Also, if you've not for a few days used HP, baking soda is a good alternative to toothpaste. Not always, as it too can be abrasive. Just to clear out infection. In the case a professional can't tend to this, that could offer extra healing help. 💜💕🌸

My cousin is a dentist and my aunt went to the dental school to let the students work on her. She did it to help my cousin. I don't think they charge people.
