This question is kinda linked to the Q10. But before formulating my main question, I wish if you could look at these first:

Case 1 (same of case 1 in Q10):

- A's draco Destinn/Union oppose B's tropical Destinn (1º31'/0º26');
- A's draco Valentine oppose B's draco Karma (2º37);

Case 2:

- A's draco Amor/Valentine conjunct/oppose D's tropical Destinn (0º58'/1º36');

Case 3 (same of case 4 in Q10):

- C's draco Karma conjunct B's tropical Karma (0º18');
- C's draco Destinn conjunct B's tropical Destinn (2º29');

Case 4:

- C's draco Karma conjunct D's tropical Karma (2º42');
- C's draco Destinn conjunct D's tropical Destinn (1º17');

As you can see:
- in both cases 1 and 2, A has aspects with both B and D;
- in both cases 3 and 4, C has aspects with both B and D (and they are quite the same aspects);

- A also has aspects with another 2 person (cases 2 and 3 in Q10);

So my main question is, what do you think of these aspects?? Specially aspects involving A (his draco Valentine/Amor/Karma/Destinn/Union are all aspected by 4 people in total!).

Also, how can we determine what aspects/with whom is more meaningful?

Venus-de-Lioness found several interesting aspects from the Plutonian Zodiac [Pluto shift to 0 Aries].
I had made a full 9 Planet system by shifting every planet to 0 Aries and re-mapping. [Ancient Vedics had something similar, even more complex but that is another matter...]
I then checked for transits to various Shifted Charts. As usual, Saturn won hands down in my case, but in my chart Saturn is the king so it cannot be generalized.

If I must generalize, I would hypthesize that: Nth PLanet Shifted to 0 Aries will have impactful transits if and only if N is the ruler of Ascendant or N is the most aspected planet. Maybe two cases will also apply, 2 different shift charts will have impactful transits.

Again "COUNCIL of ANCESTORS" is a possible Soul Grouping of evolved Soul Personalities.
You three could be trying out a difficult new experience for your collective?

The listing seems to be of very heavy attraction [both physical and spiritual] in general challenged by the Union opposite her Saturn.

b) Am not yet in a position to interpret shifted charts. I get all these ideas and I quickly let you all in on them so that the knowledge is not lost.
Tobey made a Secondary Chart by shifting everything in a way that Ascendant becomes the new Sun. This is actually the purest form of Arabic Parts.
After trying this for natal, he applied this for daily transits. The transitory Secondary Chart for a particular day helped him predict fated events like crashes with pinpoint accuracy.

Now my method is based on Draconic Chart's efficacy. Saturn Shifts do show karmic connections. Pluto shifts may show generational transformational events, Jupiter Shifts may show you the lucky transit points in life. Mars, Mercury, Moon and Venus shifts may simply show specific personality traits if they conjunct specific Asteroids. Uranus shift may actually show the dangerous change points.

With accurate birthtimes for the couple, I can say with 90% accuracy that they are twin flames if they have a Asc-Soulmate Group exact double whammy with one more soulmate link.

Example: A's Asc conj B's Zeus exact
B's Asc conj A's HERA exact
followed by Sun conj Moon or Pluto trine Poserpine or ISIS conj OSIRIS in either chart.
