(911) Agamemnon/(179) Klytaemnestra

Take a look at these two. I'd consider them together.
Agamemnon, King of Mycenae and husband of Klytaemnestra, was one of the leaders (THE leader, to be exact) of the greek forces to the Trojan War. He consented to sacrifice his oldest daughter, Iphigenia, after Prophet Calchas said it was the only way to appease the Goddess Artemis (they had killed one of her sacred animals and she caused several misfortunes, including plague and lack of wind). He tricked his wife and daughter into bringing them to the sailing point from Mycenae, claiming he wanted to marry his daughter with Achilles.
Clytaemnystra vowed revenge, and when he returned from the war, he was killed by her lover, Aegysthus.

It is an interesting pair, and I am wondring what dynamics could it bring in a synastry/composite.

I have Psyche conjunct Klytaemnestra, and north nodes conjunct Agamemnon. Both very tight - less than half degree. Scared.

I don't know about astrological aspects as all these great things are all too new for me, but what I do know and want to share with you is that Agamemnon and Clytemnestra are not considered a loving couple. He longed for her in the beginning, but Clytemnestra didn't want him. She was already married and Agamemnon killed her husband and their child so as to marry her.

During the Trojan War Agamemnon took Chrysiida as a war prize and he didn't hesitate to say in front of everyone that he wants her to be by his side in his house and that he prefers her better than his legal wife, Clytemnestra (Homer, Illiad, Rhapsody I). And who doesn't know the other lover of Agamemnon, Kassandra, that he also brought to Argos?

Let us not forget the sacrifice of Ifigeneia. Clytemnestra had many reasons plotting his death, nevertheless, she wasn't the one who killed him and she appears to hesitate for a second before her lover kills Agamemnon. Anyway, we do not consider these two a devoted and loving couple.

I am thinking some things now that I am driving, so here I am again...

I wouldn't actually say that they are just an interesting couple. Every couple, affair, marriage call it whatever you like, every union, I would name it, in Greek mythology is a chance to explore a part of your soul.

Dear friend,

Greek mythology can never be considered obsolete, as its stories evoke questions
that are always torturing the human being throughout the ages...

My dear friend, you shouldn't worry.

Myths are allegories. Every hero must fulfill his moira. In order to do so, he must make a journey. This journey is the life journey. Only when he reaches at the end, does he realise the meaning of his moira and whether he was true to it.

Live your life to the fullest. Love as much as possible. Be brave.

How can I not tell you right now about one of the greatest poems that gives us so generously the answer to all these thoughts and feelings that are torturing us?

"Ithaka" by Kavafis.

Hope your road is a long one...
