IQ got me thinking from his post on Eros.Could Eros be the attractant but NOT the action?
So, could Eros be the perfume,or the lingerie made to attract the man,in this case
However, any action would be another planet such as Mars?

Could you view Eros in this way and be right?

I have been thinking about Eros more.
IQ--if you are there,I would love your input.
I have Eros conjunct Venus.

I could not make sense of it cuz I thought of Eros as Marilyn Monroe or Madonna.

I can not relate to their blatant sexuality.
However, Eros may be more like Jackie Kennedy or Princess Diana.
They were very subtly attractive, very elegantly beautiful.
I am thinking Eros attracts in a subtle way rather than waves red flags like for a bull
Please comment,anyone!

Hmm!

I have Eros conjunct Pallas natally, and I have always been very attracted to information and understanding about all forms of Eros and the Erotes (Anteros, etc) and all his other 'forms'; Cupid, Amor, etc.

I would say Eros has a lot to do with the attraction/output we might give off or really like ourselves!

Speaking from my example, I have always had an innate intuition on how to beautify something or someone, including myself or my space. I take it very seriously, like a job (it is in my 6th house/Virgo). To me it is almost sacred.

To me it is like a form of art, piecing together a massive puzzle of beauty, simply by putting love and effort into whatever you do. It must feel right, and if it doesn't 'feel' beautiful or pleasing, it isn't quite right or finished.

Of course that's only for my Virgo/6th house perspective! Eros for me is exactly trine to my Uranus as well, so I love exploring and inventing new ways to make something appealing. (Even the grungiest of jobs can be magical if you know the trick to it.)

I suppose the same can be said for people, too? I can find the beauty in anyone, unless there truly isn't any there- which is VERY rare. More often that it is simply left to rot somewhere, or actively pushed away, which can make attraction to people difficult if you see a beautiful side to someone who can't seem to see it themselves.

(Possibly to do with the Virgo/Pisces axis, though.)

My parents both have Chiron conjunct Eros in their natal charts. They had an opposites attract sort of relationship. I don't think either has had any other serious sexual relationships before or after... And they are no longer together, though their relationship lasted for almost 30 years.

Attracting or attracted to the wounds of another? Attracting or attracted to someone who can heal their wounds?
