hi guys, i was looking at http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com and found something about juno in aspect to saturn.

i don't know much about juno. on this site, it's said that juno shows "the kind of partner we need and we get". fine. but would you interpret a conjunction between juno and saturn as it is quoted below ? i'm particularily worried about the end when it's said :
"An early marriage (before the Saturn Return) will slowly decay until there is no affection left and the marriage collapses."
do you agree with this interpretation? it's a bit gloom and fatalist, isn't it?

Juno Aspects Saturn: The partners will tend to be older (in spirit if not in actual years). With the harmonious aspects (sextile and trine) partners are likely to be solid, practical, and dependable, but, unless there are other indicators, don't expect them to be the life of the party. Conversely, partnership could bring out the solid, practical, and dependable side of you.The stressful aspects (conjunction, square, and opposition) may cause marriage to be delayed, or even denied. If you have this one, try not to get married before your first Saturn Return (which occurs around the age of twenty nine). Stressful aspects between Juno and Saturn can have a similar effect to Saturn placed in the 7th house. An early marriage (before the Saturn Return) will slowly decay until there is no affection left and the marriage collapses. Juno/Saturn stress aspects can also indicate someone who makes a bad marriage for "practical" reasons, such as security. They will also be prone to stay in a bad marriage to protest their social image, or because "a half a loaf is better than none." As if there is anything "practical" about having a bad marriage! These people have to learn to cut their losses and make a fresh start.

keeping reading (in the T square section) i found something else:

" I call Saturn/Neptune stress aspects “Woody Allen aspects” after the hysterical hypochondriac characters he plays."

and i've got a square between the two, part of a T square involving venus. so oufff, no worries, i was just doing my hysterical hypocondriac. i hope i'm one, really!!! cause the juno conjunct saturn belongs to the man of my dreams and he won't have his saturn return before a few years.

Found out that i have the oposition in my natal hihihi

I would never be in a marriage for security so i dont feel identified with this interpretation.

I have Juno in the 7th and Saturn is in my 1st house.

Its true the part that my partner is older in spirit and years ( just one) but i use to say that he was born old - i see that as a quality in him that makes me admire him a lot.

Saturn return is when it conjuncts your sun? Cause im on my 24 to 25 years old and it is already hitting mine unfortunatelly...

in the natal chart. i don't really agree with all the interpretations from this website. i find them somehow a bit simplist. but i'm biased here so that's why i was asking. but yes this is for the natal chart.

I found this one:

very interesting
http://astrotribe.tribe.net/thread/ca4a7493-dab1-4d06-98b0-7e94873d7a01

Ive felt identified with this,im already working on that:

"Stressful aspects denote that one's limiting belief systems, personal insecurities, or fears of commitment may become obstacles to forming meaningful relationships"

" Juno-Saturn individuals can be attracted to serious, older, responsible, parental types who can provide safety and security; or, they may also attract people who expect them to fill this role." - me and my bf are very much alike on this, both serious, responsible and with a sense of very strong protection torwards each other

thanks diandra23, i much prefer this analysis. i'm totally biased, i know, but the definition of the aspects especially on the website I mentioned above seem to me to be just literal. kinda jupiter will bring expansion, saturn dispair....

i don't think that capricorn people are particularily more depressed because of saturn. and i've got saturn in virgo so if i start to see saturn as a weight i'm never gonna manage to deal with it, i'll be overwhelmed. i see saturn as a pillar, a teacher, a grumpy but well meaning granpa.
thanks again, you releaved me from a day of anxiety!!!!!!

I see - yup so it is when saturn hitting my Saturn..it will be on 2012 only hihihi

And yes, we cant really state word by word as a true one if we dont feel it as our Own Truth - so i believe on reading, becoming more aware of potencials and energies and then see what resonates with us and what can be worked on.

For example my bf´s DSC is in Cap he might be a person who dont easily goes into a very early marriage and im a Virgo Sun who has to think a lot before making important decisions ( Libra Ac also).

Weve passed through hard times together and i think saturn teached us both great lessons.Right now it is on my sun;it will be some time at both my venus/Sun so imagine that hihihih

It passed already from my venus some months ago and yup it made some hard times for us there but had strengtened our Love and i know it will do the same the next time.

Saturn is hard but necessary and very liberating after it makes its lessons

birth data for interesting astrological searching sometimes can be found on dating websites, I just checked one and even without searching too seriously, found for example a woman 48 y. o. who offers love (sex) for money, and has juno conjunction saturn in capricorn and pluto on NN.

I have my Juno in Pisces in 3rd house trine my Saturn in Cancer in 8th house with only 1 minute of arc, which is my most exact natal aspect.

Funny enough, I`ve always felt drawn to Capricorn-men; but I always thought the reason for this was my Venus in Capricorn. Well, maybe not. lol

I`m very careful, when it comes to relationships, and it takes some time until I feel safe (I never feel absolutely safe though). But even though I am rather controlled on the outside, my relationships and frienships tend to be very longlasting, at least my emotional attachment to those persons. It`s still there, even long after the relationship or even the person has gone.

lovegoblin i couldn't say. but i guess if you look up someone's juno and its aspects in his or her chart you'll know more about what kind of partner they are looking for. i didn't come across juno's aspects in synastry.

According to a marriage research Juno seems to be very significant in marriages.

In their research Juno was the most aspected body after Sun.

I think it doesn't mean that Saturn person is always "money" person, sometimes it is about a difficult way to get married, or very serious person etc.
And the example I 've described in my previous post is not a sign that every natal juno-saturn conjunction should be considered as love for sail.

And yes, juno-juno synaastry is very strong one, I have that synastry (conjunction) with a girl I think i will get married.

Saturn conjunct Juno
You may marry someone who is older or in a position of established authority. Social standing is likely to be a strong factor in your choice of a life partner. You are concerned with stability and longevity, and work together to establish yourselves within your social setting. There may be a burdensome sense of seriousness within the relationship, or too great an emphasis on material and social considerations. Emotionally you or your partner are probably undemonstrative and reserved, and have little time for romance.

Saturn opposed Juno
You might experience a tug of war between career and marriage or between practical responsibility and goals versus a strong and mutually supportive relationship. There might be a severe imbalance in the control, decision making and responsibility within the relationship, or a lack of warmth and intimacy. There could be a tendency for one of you to give your decision-making power to the other, and then feel disempowered and resentful. Duty and obligation could obscure emotional needs. It is crucial to find a compromise and establish a satisfactory balance, or the relationship will deteriorate into a power struggle that no one wins.

Saturn trine or sextile Juno
You are likely to have a marriage that enhances your career and your social standing. You can work well together to express your values and achieve your goals, while still maintaining a warm intimacy and mutual honoring. You instinctively understand the role of responsibility and maturity in creating a lasting and satisfying liaison. Though probably somewhat reserved in the expression of emotion, your commitment and bonding grows steadily through the years, providing you both with a comforting sense of security.

Saturn square Juno
You might find it very difficult to commit to a traditional marriage relationship, either because of material, practical concerns or social acceptability. Perhaps you meet with opposition or disapproval from family or authority figures, or maybe you find the commitment too confining and resist it, which can create tension and distance within relationships. You face some difficult decisions about relationship expectations. Try to find a compromise that is satisfactory for all involved, and you can have an enduring bond.

Saturn quintile Juno
You have a gift for creating a marriage that enhances your career and your social standing. You can work together very creatively to express your values and achieve your goals, while maintaining a warm intimacy and mutual respect. You instinctively understand that excitement and maturity are both required to create a lasting and satisfying liaison so you work and grow comfortable together but never lose the romance and magic. Though possibly somewhat reserved in the expression of emotion, your commitment and bond grow steadily through the years.

Saturn septile Juno
There is an element of karma in your choice of marriage partner. It seems inspired (or required) by heaven and you are not likely to question its rightness even if you can?t explain it even to yourself. Destiny seems to bring you together, and you may be aware of a guiding force in your life shaping your decisions and influencing your direction. Your connection goes beyond this present experience, you are most likely ?soul mates? (this, however, does not guarantee an easy journey together). There is probably some unfinished business that will be played out together.

Saturn quincunx Juno
You have a seeming paradox with regard to obligation and duty versus a mutually committed relationship. It could be that the practical means are not easy to manage, or that the figures of authority in your life invalidate or simply refuse to honor your choices. This situation is difficult to resolve, and though you make many efforts to bridge the gap, the results are usually less than satisfactory, and adjustments must be made repeatedly. With patience and ingenuity you can find a way to make room for both in your life, even though there might be little connection between them. You will be forced to stretch and grow through the effort.
