hi there. I was wandering if anyone knows anything about Black Moon Lilith conjunct Venus? I have this aspect natally, and it's very hard to find any info on Lilith! Wandering if anyone has any personal experiences, or any information on Lilith? (I tried searching through past posts, but didn't really find much). I heard that it can indicate someone who's manipulative or passionate in love, similar to the Venus-Pluto aspect. IP: Logged |

This sounds like it makes sense (Pluto and Lilith share a certain resonance) but it will need modified by your indivdual chart... What house does your Venus rule? What house does this aspect fall into and what aspects does this aspect make to other planets? (if any)IP: Logged |

hi. My Venus is conjunct Mars in Aries, in the 5th house. the major aspects to this conjunction (venus-mars-lilith) are trine Saturn, trine Jupiter, and square Neptune. IP: Logged |

I would say this would bring alot of excitement in your love life and give you erotic expression, VERY creative. What do you think?IP: Logged |

The incarnation of a self-confident, extremely independent and strong woman. Maybe you tend to "scare away" some of the more immature guys, the ones who cling to conservative patterns of "male behaviour", like: Macho-style - I guess there could be great difficulties with these types, since you might act quite straightforward in matters of love, not at all the sweet "doll type". But ... you might exude a strong fascination and a female (sexual?) power that could attract more evolved types of men...? STRONG instinct of self, in any case, not the kind of girl who is to be trifled with in matters of love and quite self-confident in the erotic field ... ;-)(Says a woman who has a strong Leo-BM Lilith cj. her Aphrodite and her Sun/Pluto-Midpoint. I just happened to "scare away" a guy, who was quite the Macho-type - and his Sun was cj. my BM Lilith ...) IP: Logged |

alvarella - you don't meet many people who have knowledge of BML. So I hope you or the author of this thread don't mind if I chip in with a couple of questions of my own..A woman's BML squaring a man's Saturn? A man's BML conjuncting a woman's Ascendant? A man's BML trining a woman's Sun? Any thoughts?

thanks Quinnie and alvarella. I guess I'm pretty aggressive sexually, and I do tend to scare some men away... but I always attributed that to my Pluto conjunct Scorpio ASC. hmm! but, not just the macho types, also the shy, gentle, nice-guy types. complicated! so, what guys are left for me? lol. I kind of have to tone it down a bit so guys feel more at ease with me. I guess I'd sayd I'm pretty creative. I play bass in a band, and have always had an artistic streak. alvaretta: does Lilith add to the 'independence' of Venus/Mars in Aries? Since Lililth was supposedly the original self-empowered, independent female? IP: Logged |

hmm I have Lilith conjunct my Aries Moon/Mercury/Venus conjunction, and they're in the 8th house.. I guess that Lilith can bring a kind of darkness to the planets of our charts specially when it is conjunct with them. In my case, darkness has always been kinda present. But I'm not really afraid of it - instead of trying to deny it, I accepted the existence of my darker side.IP: Logged |

just a funny question, clockworkrose. XD in love, have you ever been dark/evil in a playful way (not exactly sexually, but just for fun)? Sometimes, I can be kinda evil, like pinching my bf's cheeks, and I also like teasing playfully.. XDIP: Logged |

This tracks with many women who have this aspect: Megan Fox, Kylie and Kris Jenner, Nicki Minaj, Kylie Minogue. All pretty "intimidating" women by dumb social standards. An exception would be Lana del Rey, and perhaps Goldie Hawn, but they still have a ton of sexual magnetism. Anne Boleyn also had Venus/BML. So does Amy Poehler, and her public image at least involves satirizing female stereotypes. I'm trying to figure out what this indicates in the charts of men... Lewis Carroll, Anton Chekhov, John Keats, John COltrane, Michel Foucault, Descartes, Rainer Maria Rilke, Terence McKenna, Billy graham, Marvin Gaye, Magnus Carlsen, Bradley Cooper, and Michael Phelps all have it too. With some of them it's obvious, like Carroll's pedophilia, or Chekhov's very independent and progressive (for the time) approach to relationships/marriage, or Foucault's interest in the politics of sex and power. It seems like these three at least all dealt with notions of power in sex and how much independence could be achieved. But with the others, I don't know enough to see the thread. Anecdotally, someone I know with this aspect seems more attracted to independent women who defy traditional "feminine" norms, who are even a little crass or classless, despite this conjunction residing in Libra. (Incidentally, his asteroid Lilith conjuncts his moon.) IP: Logged |
