I'm not sure, but maybe with the moon it would make the characteristics more intuitive than if they were say conjunct mercury or Saturn. They don't think it through but feel which things to say or do.
Or it could be a compulsion. As in, if it were conjunct the sun they would possibly have it incorporated into their personality as an obvious part, but with the moon maybe it is a little different. Like the difference between telling someone something, whether you want to or not, because you feel they need to know (sun) and telling them because you can't help it (moon). That's not exact, but you know.
I did a little more reading and I keep seeing it in reference to physical resources in general and using the gaining and using of those to their full potential, etc.

I'm not great at interpretation, but I hate just posting without replying!

ah it's in leo! i'm guessing it's your son.

i have it in 10th house but not conjuncting my moon. too far from it as my moon is at the very start. it does trine my neptune in 3rd and mercury in 6th.

As per Glacus I have the strongest makemake he's ever seen..

MakeMake conjuncts me Leo Stellium very tightly.

Sun 16Leo
Make make 15 Leo (also my sun/moon midpoint)
Moon 14Leo
Merc 14 Leo
I also have Apollo at 14LEO.

He had explained that it alters my Leo planets, but Im not exactly sure how.

i have makemake in virgo at 3.47r 10 degrees from my asc i dont now if thats valid or not.

if valid what could it mean if conjunct asc? maybe it could mean in the outer personality their very witty and manipulative with words towards people that could be negative.

positve it could mean having a great ability with forming words and forming sentences someone could be good at language as well as in english.
