No wonder! You have your way of nurturing, just not that traditional way of nurturing. You nurture in an aquarius way. Aquarius is a detached type of mothering. Just like mothering can be helping the child in every step or giving tips to the child, but always allowing a lot of freedom and making the child do it him/herself, to nurture independence.

You buy the philosophy help them help themselves?
If this echoes, then this might be your way of nurturing.

It seems I do put up a seemingly-impenetrable front (Steel aspect), at least from what I was gathering from a friend of mine over the weekend. I was thinking about my asteroids conjunct ASC, and woke up this morning thinking it must have to do with my engagements. I've had several. Most everyone I've dated has asked me to marry him. One man asked 3 times, another twice, and there have been 2 others. I've only married once, to the love of my life, and we both knew just about from day 1 that we'd get married.
