I noticed that i have dated people who also have astraea clearly showing in their charts

so it's about justice and when it's in mutable sign it could be need of justice to changes?

i got the strange feeling about my meaning of life when i thought this and looked my chart where is also pallas conjunct NN i think this one is much same kind of aspect

Yes I've found that with the ones that are strong in my chart. I don't know much about her personally but you might find that other names that are associated with her in myth will turn up strongly in the synastry charts too.
