I think they hold the same importance. I have Hera in 7H and marriage is very important to me, but with it conjunct my Vertex finding the ONE is very important. Marrying for the sake of marrying just won't cut it. Juno in 9H, whoever I marry has to be educated and share most of my beliefs or have an open enough mind to accept them and encourage me to grow.

They're both equally important, but maybe placed in the 1st or 7th house says more about you than it does your spouse.

Hope I didn't ramble too much. Mercury gone retro......

They are two different asteroids, however their meaning is the same.

Hera/Juno pair with Zeus/Jupiter
Hera and Zeus are the Greek counterparts of Juno and Jupiter which are Roman gods.

In my synastry, I have cross links between these pairs:

Juno/Zeus DW
His Juno square my Jupiter
My Juno opp his Juno, trine his Zeus
His Hera opp my Hera, trine my Zeus/Jupiter

The difference between Hera and Juno is Hera often becomes very jealous of Zeus's many affairs and takes revenge on both the women and offspring. Juno does not. Juno has more of a association with the moon than Hera does in mythology. In fact Juno is called the triple goddess and there are no association made with Hera and the moon in Greek mythology. This is why I believe when Juno aspects a personal placement it has more of a impact than Hera aspecting a personal placement.
