well the meaning of the word is "auspicious one", he can be seen as a god of paradox because he embodies the capacity to both destroy and give life, it could be that conjunct child it indicates a deeply spiritual inner nature. Or that the inner child needs meditation . I don't really work with keywords because I read up on the myth and then see what pattern emerges from it and then relate that to everyday life or a particular aspect of life. IP: Logged |

Siwa is named after Šiwa, the Slavic goddess of fertility, although some refer to the fact that there was also an Egyptian god with the same name.. I haven't worked with it at all, but Demetra George wrote a bit about it: http://matrixdemetra.wordpress.com/ Siva is another spelling for Shiva, the Indian god who is, depending on which part of Indian culture, worshipped as the primary god or the destroyer and transformer. I have only studied it a little, and see it as a place where one becomes aware that one has some major transforming to do, and if one does not do so, one is beset by feelings of "I should have" and "I shouldn't have" Some astrologers see them as identical, such as Martha Lang-Wescott: http://www.treehousemountain.com/html/keywords2.htm http://matrixdemetra.wordpress.com/ matrixdemetra.wordpress.com A chance encounter with a woman who stopped by the house of a friend I was visiting developed into another amazing asteroid story. She was excited about her imminent trip to Egypt. Her destination was a return to the Oasis of Siwa in the Western desert, the site of an ancient oracular temple of the IP: Logged |
