Can anyone shed some light on this asteroid? It's in Virgo, the Twelfth House.

Trines my Capricorn stellium (Neptune-Uranus-Moon).
Sextiles my Jupiter and Pluto in Scorpio.
Semi-sextile Libra Mercury.
Semi-square Scorpio Venus.

What wounds do I have? What about me can others heal that I can't?

I would say your wounds are super, super deep and hard for you to grasp,The 12th makes things the deepest of all the houses.Does that fit?

Is it an asteroid? I thought it was a comet.

Apparently, it's both a planet and a comet.

Yeah, I suppose. Back in my times of trouble and pain, it seems I couldn't rely on myself...it took others to help me through.

I just found a link saying http://www.internationalastrologers.com/love_astroids.htm
"Chiron by conjunction in relationship synastry can bring great attraction and common interests, then sudden, inexplicable and bizarre reversals - the potential for mutual growth is enormous if the parties don't destroy each other and themselves in the process. Chiron very close to the Ascendant in relocation charts can be severe in health matters, and unduly problematic when tightly close to the other angles as well."

this guy I like like has Sappho conjunct my Chiron.
